Britton Sanchez

Britton Sanchez joined the HomeSmart team in August 2015 as the Director of Brokerage Operations. In her current role as the Vice President of National Brokerage Operations, she is responsible for actively building and managing franchise relationships, driving brand objectives and overseeing the franchise sales and support teams. In addition to her franchise operations duties, she is responsible for facilitating the national brokerage’s operations in Phoenix, Arizona. She also works with HomeSmart’s 501c3 nonprofit arm, HomeSmart Helps, and is in charge of identifying monthly volunteer opportunities for agents and staff to participate in, furthering HomeSmart’s mission of community and service.
