Michael Swope

Known for his collaborative and innovative management style, Michael Swope is a seasoned operations veteran. A graduate of The University of Akron, Swope has led operations for multiple professional sports franchises throughout his early career, including at the time, becoming the youngest General Manager in professional baseball at the age of 27. Having bounced between executive roles on the operations side and sales side of various advertising and marketing technology companies, Michael brings a holistic view to operational excellence at HomeSmart. He is an active participant in numerous professional and charitable organizations, and resides in Scottsdale, with his wife Sarah and four daughters, Minka, Kinsley, Palmer and Collins.
